Technical targets marked or described by the buyer as known are buyer-stated targets, not FEICHEER confirmations. Items marked open, not applicable or left incomplete, and any other point not confirmed in a written quotation, specification or agreement, remain unconfirmed until the applicable written project documents state otherwise.
03 / SAMPLES AND SHADE
The approved version becomes the reference.
Where physical sampling is needed, the project record should identify the sample or shade reference, specification version, approved decisions and any tolerance or test method that applies. Natural, recycled, mélange, space-dyed, plush and other constructions may show variation that must be evaluated against an agreed method rather than a screen image.
Sample format, development charge, courier cost, timing and any later credit are project-specific. Only the current written quotation or agreement determines those terms.
04 / CLAIMS AND EVIDENCE
Ask for the record that matches the claim.
No certification, recycled percentage, fibre origin, test result, performance, capacity, compliance status or production-site claim is implied by a development visual. A document is relevant only when its holder, issuer, scope, product or material, project route and validity period match the claim being reviewed.
If applicable evidence does not exist, is expired, belongs to another scope, or is not approved for public disclosure, the website does not present it as proof.
05 / COMMERCIAL TERMS
