This notice applies to enquiries submitted at yarn.feicheer.com. It does not replace the privacy terms of WhatsApp, your email provider, a linked public website, or any later service used by agreement.
02 / DATA COLLECTED
Only the structured brief and delivery controls.
The three-step form may collect the selected yarn route and starting evidence type; a reference code and any public link; route-specific technical target values and the status you assign to each one (known, open or not applicable); and your color, winding and testing needs.
It may also collect estimated quantity, destination, target timing, company or brand, work email, optional WhatsApp contact, procurement stage, the priority you choose for the first review, and any additional requirements you choose to provide.
If you indicate that a separate private-material handoff may be needed, the form may collect that intention, a broad material category and an optional reference label or internal code. These entries only help route a later discussion; they do not transfer the material itself.
The server also receives the network address used to submit the form. It converts that address into a one-way keyed value for rate limiting and abuse prevention; the database does not store the readable network address in the enquiry record.
The website form does not provide a file upload and must not be used to submit a private link. A reference code or genuinely public link may be included instead; do not place confidential or non-public material at a public URL for this form. Selecting a private-material handoff option does not mean FEICHEER has received, reviewed or accepted any material. The channel and scope must first be agreed, and any later channel has its own data handling terms.

Information is used to deliver the enquiry, retry a failed email delivery, route the priority for the first human review, review the yarn target, reply to you, clarify technical and commercial requirements, discuss any requested private-material handoff, retain a project reference for follow-up, and protect the form from misuse.
Submission asks FEICHEER to take steps in response to your business request. Where applicable, handling may also rely on legitimate operational and security needs or another basis required by the law governing the interaction. Do not submit confidential information that is unnecessary for the initial review.
The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. This website currently does not run advertising or audience-analytics cookies.
04 / DELIVERY AND PROVIDERS
Limited to operating the enquiry route.
The brief is processed by the website hosting environment and sent to FEICHEER's receiving mailbox. Hosting, network and email providers process the data only as needed to deliver or protect those services and may operate infrastructure in more than one jurisdiction.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect the website or its users, or to professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality. FEICHEER does not sell enquiry data.

Page state first; a bounded server copy after submission.
Before you submit, the values entered in the three-step form are kept in the current page so that you can move between its steps. They are not sent to FEICHEER's server until you choose to submit the enquiry. If you explicitly choose “Copy buyer draft,” the visible plain-text buyer draft is placed on your device clipboard. If you choose “Download draft,” the website asks your browser to save a UTF-8 text file; that action does not submit the enquiry.
After submission, you may copy the displayed receipt or ask your browser to save it as a text file, including the server receipt time when returned and the submitted technical draft. These actions do not send a second request to FEICHEER. Closing or reloading the page may clear the immediate page copy, while a saved download may remain on your device until you delete it. Avoid saving it on a public or shared device, or delete it after use.
After submission, the server-side enquiry queue and database copy is kept for delivery, retries, security and direct follow-up for no longer than 180 days, then removed through the service's retention process.
A successfully delivered copy in the receiving mailbox and any later project correspondence follow the mailbox or business-record retention process. You may ask about or request deletion of those copies, subject to legal, security, dispute and necessary business-record requirements.

You may contact wyy0941@gmail.com to ask what enquiry data is held, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain handling, or withdraw from further discussion. FEICHEER may need enough information to verify and locate the request.
If you do not want to use the website form, you may contact FEICHEER through the public WhatsApp link. Do not use that alternative if you do not accept WhatsApp's own terms.
07 / SECURITY AND UPDATES
Controls reduce risk; they do not remove it.
The enquiry route uses encrypted web transport, request limits, input validation, a hidden anti-bot field, bounded request size, delivery retries and restricted server access. No internet service can promise absolute security.
